Parenthood is one of the most challenging, magical, exasperating and rewarding adventures any of us can undertake. Most parents experience laughs, frustrations, spilled cornflakes, cuddles and grazed knees, but everyone travels a different path on their child’s wild and wonderful journey and we all have varied and vivid stories of heart-burstingly beautiful times, moments when we just want to use the bathroom in peace, and all the everyday bits in between.

Follow a series of stories from parents and their littlies around the world to see what A Day in The Life looks like in various countries, and see how Bobux fits in with their routine to make their lives that little bit easier... and their kids lives that little bit more exciting (and comfy!) while they go about their daily adventures..

We asked Jen from @jen_f88 to share A Day in her Life with her little ones, Isla and Jonah.

Hey there, my name’s Jen and I'm from the UK. I’m mum to Isla and Jonah. Welcome to our daily adventures!

DIARY

7.30am 

RISE AND SHINE

It’s time to start the day! Today we’re having chocolate chip brioche with Nutella and berries. Yum!

9.00am 

EXPLORATIONS

We have lots of woodlands nearby and try each weekend to fit a walk in. Both Isla and Jonah love today’s chosen trail which is rich in nature and heritage.

VISITING FAMILY

We’re lucky to have family living nearby, so after the woods we call in to see Nannie and Grandad to catch up and warm up!

11.30am

RETAIL THERAPY 

It’s time for a spot of shopping! Our local shopping centre is huge and filled with fun opportunities.

PIZZA PIZZA

The shopping centre is filled with lovely places to stop for a bite – today’s treat is pizza.

1.30pm

TIME FOR MORE FUN!

A little more retail therapy! The shopping centre is huge! It has a few arty installations to see where the children can play and enjoy the sensory experience. We also stop by the centre’s arcades to play a few games and Isla gets a pretty amazing balloon!

3.00pm

PLAYGROUND AND A TREAT

It’s time to head home. We’re not ready for the fun to end, so we go for a wander to our local park which has a great playground. Both Isla and Jonah love the slide and are gaining confidence with climbing on the playground apparatus. We finish the visit with a cheeky ice cream!

4.00pm

MOVIE NIGHT

We settle in front of the TV with cosy blankets and a few picnic nibbles for a movie night – Isla and Jonah’s favourite pups to the rescue!

6.30pm

BATHTIME AND BED

It’s time for bath, book and bed. After a busy day of adventuring, it’s time to wind down and get ready to sleep. Isla chooses a favourite story about a mouse who took a stroll…

7.30pm

SLEEPTIME

Both little ones are asleep getting their well needed rest, all ready for more adventures tomorrow!
